JAL Construction Ltd. are a Groundwork and Civil Engineering company based at Whiteley, Nr. Fareham, Hampshire. 

The areas that we cover are Berkshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and South Oxfordshire.

The company was formed, and registered, in January 2007 by Jim Lambert, and specialises in all types of groundwork & civil engineering, from individual private properties (new build, renovation and extensions) to tendered industrial and commercial units with accompanied civil infrastructure.

We are able to offer a comprehensive range of services from simple advice, a free quotation of works, or a complete job package from idea conception through to project completion. We are able to work on a day-to-day basis under the direction of a client (or nominated agent) or on a stand alone basis where we plan, programme, resource, supply and install on the entire project and hand over a completed job to the client.

Jim has over 20 years experience in the construction industry with a hands-on approach to site management, plant & labour resourcing and material selection & useage.
He leads a team of professional tradesmen who are continually trained to comply with current legislation and have the necessary plant operator certificates and licenses to work in today's ever changing construction market.
