Site Engineering and Survey
|
We setout and survey using the latest digital total stations and rotating laser levels. We convert all data onto PC for data collection, terrain modelling and co-ordinate setout. We produce reports and printouts, in-house, that can then be used onsite or imported into other PC programs such as AutoCad.
We can measure areas, calculate volumes for cut & fill, establish existing terrain maps and then superimpose against proposed developments, setout holding down bolts, survey new & existing projects, provide data printouts, reports & survey drawings and offer general line & level site engineering.

Site Management
| We can supply a CSCS platinum accredited site manager (subject to availablity and notice) who also holds the 4 day First Aid at Work Certificate recognised by the construction industry, for individual projects. |
Daywork Rates for Operatives
| CMPE accredited machine operators, ground-workers and engineer for hire by the day, week or hour (subject to a minimum, dependant on site location). |
Priced Tenders, BOQ's and Rates
| We are able to offer competetive market rates on a labour only, labour & plant or labour, plant & materials basis subject to project size and location. We are able to offer a 7-day turnaround system of pre-measured bills of quantity in either printed or in MS Excel format (preferred). |
Lump-Sum Job Costing
| We pride ourselves on being able to offer a complete job lump sum package from initial consultation with the client to final handover. We deal with most aspects of the project in-house and use bona-fide professional for external services such as structural engineering calculations & designs, architectural issues and planning & building regulation applications. |
