New stables block created alongside of new riding arena. DPM, A252 mesh reinforcement, RC35 concrete finished with easy float to accept new rubber flooring mats.

New indoor riding arena. Floor levelled with 150mm type 1 limestone, rolloed to close surface, capped with rubberised sand as riding surface.

Access route to site deterioted due to back weather (even using trackmats). Track mats lifted, topsoil removed and sidecast, terram laid to 1st half of access road with type 1 topping.
